Our favorite model home kitchen is this one in our Sumac model home. The gloss creates a gorgeous shine behind the open shelving that draws your eyes in. The neutral colors to the kitchen are seen in the backsplash as the backsplash features a sort of ombre look with multiple shades throughout. If you're wanting to add a different tile to your backsplash, but don't want it to take center stage, this type of backsplash can be perfect. If you also choose open shelving you can feature this backsplash up the wall for a complete look you'll enjoy having in your home. Gold fixtures and hardware pair beautifully with this backsplash that an otherwise bronze or silver just doesn't do. 

Kitchen 8 

Another kitchen option is no backsplash. This is actually not that bizarre if you're going for a modern or minimalist approach. The countertops or the color of cabinets you choose can take the attention and become the focal point to the kitchen. As you can see from the photo above, without a backsplash creates a sleek and simple look to the space through the countertops and white cabinets.
