Whether you're at the beginning of your home search journey or starting to pick out the design selections for your brand new home, having a few home interior design ideas can help you pick the styles that will truly match your taste and fit your family's needs. We've shared a few different design flat lays in the past as inspiration, but wanted to continue the ideas by featuring a few design selections picked out by our homebuyers for their homes. Starting with this Browning home design showcasing the perfect blend of modern and traditional style, with rich tones of traditional style and light neutrals and bold tile of modern design. View the design flat lay and how it's brought to life in this beautiful home built by Visionary for our recent homebuyers.

2. Main Living Flooring - Shaw Designer Mix Forge
7. Interior Paint Color - White Duck SW7010
10. Carpet - Living Tender Assurance Plush
The selections chosen for the main living space are kept neutral and the black features create a bold accent to the space that looks stunning. From the railing to the kitchen backsplash and hardware, the black truly gives a more modern feel to the traditional elements in the home. Sticking with a white shade for the walls, the selections make it easier to pick out furniture and decor since the owners have more freedom with color and choices.

Kitchen
4. Kitchen Countertops - Miami White
5. Upper Kitchen Cabinets - Paint Grade, Color: Natural Choice SW7011
6. Lower Kitchen Cabinets - Paint Grade, Color: Tricorn Black SW6258
9. Kitchen Backsplash - Mosaic Marazzi Classentino Marble Centurio Black
The kitchen has to be our personal favorite with ceiling height cabinets, quartz countertops, and a large island. The backsplash is truly unique and complements the living space. Silver accents from the appliances and sink let the black and white style shine and take center stage.
3. Owner's Bath Countertops - Quartz Tebas Black
The homebuyers considered how to design selections can coordinate throughout the home without having to be too matchy-matchy. They designed a gorgeous owner's suite by pulling in the same color of cabinets as the kitchen but changing up the countertop and flooring. The flooring pulls in a traditional feel that's both cozy and warm.
1. Bath Countertops - Frost
8. Bathroom Tile - Marazzi/AO D_Segni Stella MOUA 8x8
Look at that accent tile! It's quite stunning to an otherwise dull bathroom. Mixing traditional wood cabinets with a modern and bold tile creates such a beautiful transitional style. The black hardware also adds a modern take to each bathroom and the kitchen that's more trendy yet timeless.
