It’s almost Parade of Homes time! All of us here at Visionary Homes are looking forward to the opportunity of meeting and sharing our philosophy of home building with you.

The home that our sister company, Mt. Sterling Custom Homes, has entered in the Parade is absolutely stunning. It is located in Smithfield along with two other homes that will be in the Parade this year. We will be set up in the garage of the Mt. Sterling home, and look forward to sharing a few of our new home plans with you.

The Cache Valley Parade of Homes started in 1977 with six homes. Last year there were over 2,500 people who had the opportunity to attend the ten homes that were featured.

This year, there will be ten homes around the Valley from Garland to Smithfield and Nibley. There will be starter homes, high-end custom homes and recreational homes to walk through and enjoy.

The Parade runs from 12-8 pm each day over two weekends, September 13-15 and 20-22. Tickets can be purchased on the CVHBA website, at any of the homes entered into the parade, or when you buy your groceries at Macy’s and Island Market.
