Our past experience has shown that a home buyer who has everything from flooring to paint colors selected and priced before the hole is dug is much happier in the end than one who adds things throughout the entire process.
Hearing the large amount that the house is going to cost once is stressful enough, but when you add things throughout the building process, the price grows. Instead of enjoying the process of building your beautiful new home, you continue to stress about your budget. To literally “ENJOY” the process, make up your mind early and trust your gut.
