This Mojave home in one of our Southern Utah communities is simply stunning as it features modern finishes from gold hardware to the tiling and flooring throughout. The main living space with the family room and kitchen brings warmth and welcomes you in with the comfort and style it exudes. Black accents throughout the home add beautiful contrast to the space from the kitchen cabinets and fireplace tiling to the owner's bathroom tile. The kitchen countertops and open shelving create an exquisite kitchen design with a large kitchen island and sink, providing the perfect space for the homebuyer's cooking needs. The owner's bath looks and feels luxurious with the marble black tiling for the floor to the bath and shower. We love the implementation of the same color to the bathroom vanity as the kitchen has. The gold and black hardware throughout the home also look modern and sleek to the space. The small herringbone shower floor tile also in the shower shelf complement the floor and shower tiling in both design and size.
