Welcome to another post to our Get the Look Series, showcasing the gorgeous design selections to our model homes. This series is here to help you gain the design inspiration from our model homes, by learning about the design selections chosen for each. We'll not only be creating posts featuring the exterior and interior design selections for each model home, like our previous post on The Madison model home, but we'll also be highlighting on some of the rooms. Also, never hesitate to ask one of our agents and designers any questions you may have, as they'll be able to go more in-depth about what design selections we currently have to offer and any recommendations best suited for you and your family's needs.
Our Greystone model home features a beautiful, modern transitional design style from the design selections to the styling of decor and furniture. With several subtle, yet stunning theme walls, open shelving to the kitchen, and sleek tiling to the bathrooms, each selection was thoughtfully chosen to this model home in our Meadowbrook community. The Greystone floor plan showcases an open concept main living space to a spacious owner's suite, with a loft space providing plenty of natural light. Sticking to several classic white paint shades throughout the space, The Greystone model maintains a modern appearance that's trending, but also looks classic.

We can't get enough of how well the various bathroom tiles to the owner's bath paired so beautifully to design a luxurious feel to the space. With hexagon shaped floor tile next to rectangular white wall tile, the shower perfectly complements the modern vibe that the model home features. We also want to highlight on the patterned tile in the laundry, which creates a fun take to an otherwise traditional looking laundry space. White quartz countertops – like the ones in our model home – create the perfect crisp, clean appearance for your kitchen. These are currently extremely popular due to the modern look they give to a kitchen and how easy they are to maintain. Choosing a white backsplash instead of a colored one, also lets the countertop stand out a bit more.

Take a look at the glass cabinets reaching to the top of the ceiling, along with the open shelving at the other side of the sink and tell us, you aren't a fan. We can't see why not, as these details to the kitchen keep it from being outdated when the cabinets are in a more traditional stain. What do you also think of the farmhouse sink and backsplash added to the kitchen? We think it gives a fresh twist to the kitchen, without looking out of place.
As for the master bath, we opted for a muted green color in place of what could've been a dull moment with a neutral shade. Since it's a more subtle color, than a bright or bold hue, we think it adds beauty to the bathroom.

Comfort and style combine, as we picked carpet for the bedrooms and laminate flooring to the main living areas. Both in light shades to brighten up the space and complement the design to decor.

We're huge fans of theme walls – featuring a few to each of our model homes – all in different and unique ways. Both the simple geometric patterns and paint color to the theme walls to The Greystone complement the home and create a classic look that will never go out of style.
