Hi, my name is Kourtney Knowles. I’m a New Home Specialist in Cache Valley. I grew up in Smithfield and currently live here with my wife and 2 little girls. I have spent most of my life here in the valley and really love this community. Helping people find a home and community where they can create memories together is my #1 goal. Buying a home is an incredibly exciting experience but it can also be stressful and frightening at times. I chose to work here at Visionary Homes because we have such an incredibly talented team and process in place that it allows the homebuyer to focus on all the exciting parts of buying a new home while our team takes care of everything else.
