This is a state-funded homebuying assistance program facilitated by the Utah Housing Corporation. It is limited to first-time homebuyers purchasing newly built homes in the state of Utah. There are purchase price limits and income restrictions as part of the program. Buyers that qualify must work through Utah Housing Corporation and an approved Utah Housing lender as part of the program. Buyers may receive up to $20,000 toward the down payment, closing costs, or mortgage rate buydown. This is not a grant and funds must be repaid upon sale of the home or refinance of the mortgage.
