Visionary Homes is proud to partner with the Cache County School District to support students who are interested in careers in the construction industry. Through internships and scholarship opportunities, students are able to gain hands on experience, learn valuable skills, and explore career paths within the building industry.
Visionary Homes was honored to receive the Impact Business Partner Award from the Association for Career and Technical Education at both the regional and state levels in recognition of this partnership and ongoing support of career and technical education programs.
We believe investing in students and education is one of the most important ways we can invest in the future of our communities and our industry.
Our employees regularly volunteer their time to support local organizations, community events, and service projects. In 2025 alone, Visionary Homes employees contributed more than 110 volunteer hours to community service efforts.
Whether it is volunteering at local events, supporting nonprofit organizations, or helping with community projects, our team members are always willing to step in and help where they are needed.
For the past three years, Visionary Homes has participated in the HomeAid Diaper Drive, helping collect and donate thousands of diapers to families in need across the state of Utah. This program provides essential supplies to families and organizations that support young children and parents facing difficult circumstances.

Visionary Homes started its annual charity golf tournament in 2022 with the goal of bringing together partners, vendors, and friends to support a meaningful cause. Funds raised from this tournament are donated to Phase Alliance.
Since 2022, the Visionary Homes Charity Golf Tournament has raised and donated over $150,000 to support the important work being done through Phase Alliance and its partner organizations.
