Floor Plan

This townhome model features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a sales office in the 2 car garage. With an open concept main living space featuring the great room, dining, and kitchen on the main level. The kitchen features a spacious kitchen island and a large walk-in closet. Upstairs showcases a loft space perfect for turning into a study or reading spot. The bedrooms are on the upper level, with a balcony off the owner's suite. 

Main Living Space and Kitchen

As you walk in the entry, you'll find a closet for storing jackets, bags, etc. in and the family room to the left. The family room carries into the dining and kitchen space, where you'll discover plenty of counter and cabinet space throughout the kitchen, with a walk-in pantry as well. Towards the back of the townhome is a powder bath off the garage space (sales office for the model home). The open concept layout provides a connection to all the rooms for socialization and comfortability.

Upstairs Loft, Bedrooms, Balcony

You'll notice how this townhome model features plenty of natural light from the number of windows. This makes it feel homier and brings the outdoors in, in a subtle way. For example, check out the loft space at the top of the stairs. The windows nearby bring light in to make the space bright and easy to work in if used as a work or study space. A laundry room off the loft to this floor plan is a great addition to the layout as having a laundry space on the same floor as the bedrooms makes it simple to put away clean clothes on laundry day. We appreciate the professional design firm for styling our townhome model to accentuate the design selections chosen from our professional design consultants with the furniture and decor elements. They do an exceptional job at the use of design to complementing the space. 

We especially love how off the owner's suite, you'll discover a spacious balcony for relaxing outside. The owner's suite also features a roomy owner's bath and large walk-in closet with a window. The layout of the owner's suite is just stunning and creates a space truly meant for comfort and relaxation.
