Our designers select the design features to our model homes and create flatlay photos as a rough draft of what's to come. Sometimes items may change depending on what looks and works best. Here are the flatlay images from the kitchen to roofing. Which room is your favorite without looking at the actual finished model home yet? We'd have to pick the kitchen, because we're all here for a black and white kitchen for a modern appeal!
The Madison model home features 4 beds, 3.5 baths, and 2,595 total sq. ft. with a farmhouse exterior and added features.

Keeping it classic, most of the walls are painted the same color, with the exception of the stunning accent wall at the fireplace. We used theme and shiplap walls to add texture to the different rooms, such as the owner's suite, without having to change up the color, as it keeps the home looking timeless.

The most eye-catching tile happens to be in the owner's suite, which gives it a luxurious, glam touch to the space! Gold fixtures also complement this look, with a stylish shiplap wall.
