Thankgiving Treat: Chocolate Covered Strawberry Turkeys

Thanksgiving is almost here and what better way to prep than by creating a sweet treat to get into the festive spirit! Make some for now and then make them on the day of Thanksgiving as a mini treat alongside the classic pie being served. Trust us, you're going to want to make these a couple of times because they were so tasty. Making these is a fun activity for you and your kids, family, or friends! They're easy to make and only require a few ingredients to complete. If you love traditional chocolate-covered strawberries, you'll love these as well! Look at how quirky and cute they are. Showcase them on a charcuterie board with other Thanksgiving-themed finger food to create the ultimate display.

Items you'll need:

Strawberries
Pretzel Sticks
Mini Marshmallows
Milk Chocolate Chips
White Chocolate Chips

Instructions:

Break pretzel sticks in half and stick the mini marshmallow to both
Melt milk chocolate and dip one side of the marshmallow in the chocolate
Place on side of strawberry about half way and hold until almost dry (repeat on other side)
Once dry, dip entire strawberry into the chocolate and set on wax paper
Place in fridge to dry
When dry, melt white chocolate and dip legs slightly in the chocolate to create the bones
Place in fridge to dry
Serve and enjoy!
