We're both excited and honored to have our brand new model home featured in the Utah Valley Parade of Homes this year! This is our first year in the UV parade (you may have seen us in the Northern and Southern Parade of Homes!) and we're thrilled for this opportunity. The Utah Valley Parade of Homes just started this Thursday, June 9th, and will be running until June 25th (closed Sundays and Mondays). It starts at noon and ends at 9 PM. Main Living, Kitchen, Owner's Suite, and Bath 

We partnered with Copper HAUS professional design firm for the design and styling of our parade home. With a mid-century modern aesthetic that's popular in the design world today, our model home boasts beauty! From the entry, the open concept design of the main living space truly invites you in and the design details complement the space exceptionally well through the use of color, texture, and decor. 

The main living room brings in lots of natural light through the tall windows, with the fireplace making a stunning statement from floor to ceiling as the focal point in the room. With a high and covered ceiling, the space feels open and welcoming. Featured beside the fireplace are floating shelves, which are lightly decorated as the simpler the decor the better in this case. We can't get enough of the rust-colored couch in the room as well that brings something special to the space. 

As for the kitchen, it showcases the perfect blend of mid-century and modern through the darker wood cabinets, gold hardware, and showstopping pendant lights, as well as featuring the modern style seen by the waterfall island, sleek kitchen appliances, and spacious layout. 

We love how the theme wall to the owner's suite turned out, as it's in an understated hue but adds something extra to the space. The owner's suite is simple, yet special with subtle details throughout. As you can see, we have lots of natural light flood into this home design, as we think it creates a more inviting and welcoming atmosphere. Having windows on both sides of the bed is one example of that. 

Walk into the owner's suite to ultimately feel at ease from the light, neutral tones, textures, and materials. We adore the attention to detail in the massive shower as the tile is intricately laid in a unique design for a stunning appearance. Who wouldn't love a shower with a sliding glass door, double shower heads, and plenty of space? It's one of the best features of the house. The modern appearance of the bathroom coordinates well with the overall design style of the home. What's your favorite feature of the bathroom? The double sink vanity, rectangular mirrors, shower, large walk-in closet, etc.?
